Benro's A373FB Aluminum Single-Tube Tripod features a 75mm bowl and includes a 75mm half-ball adapter. It's paired with the S8Pro Fluid Video Head, which has a 75mm flat base that attaches right to the half-ball adapter. The head supports up to 17.6 lb loads, and thanks to the flat base design with a 3/8"-16 thread underneath, the head can be moved from the tripod directly to sliders, jibs, and other support gear. The versatile system has a compact design with 2-stage/3-section single-tube legs and both rubber and spiked feet for use on virtually all surfaces. Each leg of the tripod is independently adjustable into three positions, allowing you to set up quickly and efficiently. 17.6 lb Payload/7+0 Steps Counterbalance. Benro Warranty - Your Benro product has been carefully manufactured, has passed many quality assurance checks and has been thoroughly tested before shipment. If bought new in the USA it is warranted by Mamiya America Corporation d/b/a Mac Group (“MAC Group”) for 3 years from the date of purchase to the original owner, against defects in materials and workmanship. By registering online, your warranty is extended 2 years, for a total of 5 years. This limited warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from MAC Group or a MAC Group authorized retailer, unless otherwise prohibited by law. MAC Group Products are legitimately sold only by authorized sellers who are required to follow MAC Group’s policies, procedures, and quality control standards. MAC Group reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. This limited warranty does not apply to any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, negligence, nor modification or servicing performed by others.
Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
