The Benro Bat Series has a new tripod design with 5 preset leg angles, allowing you to place these tripods in positions that traditional tripods are incapable of. No matter where you travel to, rest assured you will be able to use your Benro Bat tripod in any location you find yourself in whether it be a canyon, ice cave or the middle of the desert. Flexiblility, with a quick multi-angle adjustment, is the key feature of the Bat Series tripod. In addition to the five adjustable preset leg angles, the central column can be quickly inverted without the need to remove it from the tripod, for low-level photography. The range consists of 8 models – 4 tripods, aluminum and carbon variants (legs only) and 4 tripod kits, again aluminum and carbon options available, offering weight capacities up to 16kg and weighing in from just 2.1lb (0.99kg). These fall into one of 3 series - 0, 1, 2, each number denoting the top tube diameter.

Benro Warranty - Your Benro product has been carefully manufactured, has passed many quality assurance checks and has been thoroughly tested before shipment. If bought new in the USA it is warranted by Mamiya America Corporation d/b/a Mac Group (“MAC Group”) for 3 years from the date of purchase to the original owner, against defects in materials and workmanship. By registering online, your warranty is extended 2 years, for a total of 5 years. This limited warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from MAC Group or a MAC Group authorized retailer, unless otherwise prohibited by law. MAC Group Products are legitimately sold only by authorized sellers who are required to follow MAC Group’s policies, procedures, and quality control standards. MAC Group reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. This limited warranty does not apply to any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, negligence, nor modification or servicing performed by others.
Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
