BowerUSA Warranty Your Bower Products are covered by a limited product warranty (Limited Warranty) for the 1-year period following the original date of purchase (Warranty Period). If a substantial defect in material or workmanship arises with your Bower Product, and a valid warranty claim is received by Bower within the Warranty Period, you will be entitled to a replacement of the product purchased or a similar product (depending on availability). This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end purchaser of the applicable Bower Product. Proof of purchase in the form of the original purchase receipt or packaging slip is required for warranty validation and service. Warranty claims must be made directly to Bower. Bower reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether it is defective in materials or workmanship. If we find that the product is defective, we shall at no charge to you replace the product at our discretion, and return the product to you. You are responsible for shipping costs to Bower but there is no charge for the inspection or the return postage within the United States. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidental drops, misuse, abuse, tampering, modification, or breakage due to improper care. Bower is not responsible for damages resulting from any breach of warranty including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, and loss of anticipated profits.
Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
